Decode the Spectrum. Translating Real-World Challenges into Breakthrough Signal Processing Solutions.
By maintaining trusted relationships with our partners across multiple sectors, we continuously refine our technologies to address emerging needs, ensuring our innovations are both cutting-edge and immediately valuable.
Sceptre Features Now Available
Frequency Allocations
Overlay known frequency bands and channels directly onto Sceptre Spectrum, DVR and Web views
Eliminate signal guesswork in complex RF environments through rapid search and filtering using preset frequency allocations.
Expandable notes deliver additional signal context when deeper analysis is required.
Control of Detectors
Web UI–based, parameter-level control including Activity, AIS, Mode S, and Digital Push-to-Talk detectors
Remotely adjust detection parameters in real time prior to intercept generation, enabling more precise, mission-focused
use of Sceptre detector capability.
Replaces static configuration files with flexible control optimized for diverse signal environments.
Remote ID
Detect and identify UAS broadcasting REMOTE ID signals
Deconflict surrounding airspace and maintain operational control by parsing REMOTE ID beacons using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi packet sniffer.
New Sceptre Integrated Systems
Kirby
Geolocation
Self-contained signal processing solutions built to enable remote operation of Sceptre software for geolocation, spectrum monitoring and collection
KIRBY T6 & T14
Built for terrestrial or UAS operations
- Built for terrestrial or UAS operations
- Automated and user-driven TDOA/FDOA geolocation
- Heat-mapping and signal detection utilizing Sceptre’s native protocol detectors
- Flexible and open Command & Control and real-time streaming of intercepted data
- Built-in fast sweep for spectral awareness or set-on tuner for IQ recording and/or processing
KIRBY H6 & H14
Built for stratospheric operations
All the features of Kirby T plus:
- Universal HAB low-SWaP solution
- Optimized for extreme environments at the edge of space
Citadel
In Place Monitoring System
A multi-node, low-SWaP, in-place monitoring system (IPMS) providing real-time RF monitoring to persistently observe, analyze, and assess the radio frequency spectrum
Sceptre Plugin
Capable of continuously monitoring RF signals within a particular environment or system. This can be done for various purposes such as security, quality control, or performance monitoring
Central Manager
Manage state and tasking of the Citadel sensor network. It will tie all components of the system together (sensors, processing, and front-end UI)
Web-Based
Architecture will contain a web/websocket server that presents the state of the Citadel network to the user and allows them to task and interact with the system
LTMS
Self-Contained Laptop Monitoring Station
Designed for evolving mission requirements, LTMS (Laptop Monitoring Station) supports static, mobile, and remote operations with real-time RF monitoring, collection, and rapid deployment—both tethered and untethered.
LTMS is available in two configurations:
-
Single SDR: Versatile SDR platform. Modular and configurable up to 20 or 43.5 GHz with 160 MHz instantaneous bandwidth (IBW).
-
Multi-SDR/SAK (Signals Analysis Kit): Enhanced detection and exploitation. Multi-SDR configuration enabling simultaneous sweep-and stare (with an additional 9 kHz–6 GHz SDR), allowing wideband monitoring while targeting specific signals in real time.
