By maintaining trusted relationships with our partners across multiple sectors, we continuously refine our technologies to address emerging needs, ensuring our innovations are both cutting-edge and immediately valuable.

Sceptre 5.10 Features Now Available

Whisper Voice Transcription

Automatically detects spoken language, transcribes audio, and translates speech into searchable text for rapid intelligence.

Powered by OpenAI’s Whisper speech-recognition model, this capability allows operators to quickly understand intercepted communications even when a live interpreter is unavailable.

Signal Locator

Quickly identify the source of emanations, indoors or out.

With adjustable history and smoothing windows, multiple sampling and readout modes, and signal-strength audio feedback, Signal Locator displays real-time power measurements for software channels and protocol-based detections such as WiFi and Bluetooth.

Export DPTT Intercepts Directly to SOTF*

The SOTF Exporter replaces the previous ad hoc, manual-entry Python scripts.

It converts DPTT intercept attachments to SOTF format directly within Sceptre via the native Intercept Exporter or the Job Manager, with the Classification plugin generating the required metadata automatically for a clean fit into existing processing streams.

SAST Tasker — Automated Geolocation

The SAST Tasker lets operators submit a geolocation task directly in Sceptre to the SAST set of services and receive measurements in return.

SAST (Sensor Automation to Support Targeting) automates the sensor work with duration, location, and other parameters adjustable to fit the job.

New Sceptre Integrated Systems

All the features of Kirby T plus:

  • Universal HAB low-SWaP solution
  • Optimized for extreme environments at the edge of space

Citadel

In Place Monitoring System

A multi-node, low-SWaP, in-place monitoring system (IPMS) providing real-time RF monitoring to persistently observe, analyze, and assess the radio frequency spectrum

Sceptre Plugin
Capable of continuously monitoring RF signals within a particular environment or system. This can be done for various purposes such as security, quality control, or performance monitoring

Central Manager
Manage state and tasking of the Citadel sensor network. It will tie all components of the system together (sensors, processing, and front-end UI)

Web-Based
Architecture will contain a web/websocket server that presents the state of the Citadel network to the user and allows them to task and interact with the system

LTMS

Self-Contained Laptop Monitoring Station

Designed for evolving mission requirements, LTMS (Laptop Monitoring Station) supports static, mobile, and remote operations with real-time RF monitoring, collection, and rapid deployment—both tethered and untethered.

LTMS is available in two configurations:

  • Single SDRVersatile SDR platform. Modular and configurable up to 20 or 43.5 GHz with 160 MHz instantaneous bandwidth (IBW).

  • Multi-SDR/SAK (Signals Analysis Kit)Enhanced detection and exploitation. Multi-SDR configuration enabling simultaneous sweep-and stare (with an additional 9 kHz–6 GHz SDR), allowing wideband monitoring while targeting specific signals in real time.
